Barkeeper's Friend

It really is an amazing product.  It has been around since 1882.  We have found that it cleans our flat-top ceramic stove very well.  It also takes dye from Easter egg coloring off of the countertop.  If the dishrag is a little stinky and you use it to clean with Barkeeper's Friend, it takes the stink out.  Of course I never have a stinky dishrag in my kitchen.  Insert rolled eyes.  That is my public service announcement for the day. 

Anyone else have some good products that they love?

Where can I find this good stuff? A favorite around the Vanderwest house is Goo Gone to get all the sticky residue off and Borax (been around forever) to help clean carpet or mattresses that have been urinated on. (isn't that pleasant?)

I think we found it in the cleaning section at Walmart or Target. It would probably be by the dish soap. Urinated mattresses, huh? Nice. I have never used Borax; might have to try it.

Barkeepers Friend also works great on stainless steel sinks. My tip of the day!
